We had our weekly doctor's appointment this afternoon. The doctor was considerably happier this week than last, because Baby A (the one on the bottom) has moved higher up in my pelvis and is no longer pressing down as if he wanted out. The state of my cervix is also much better.
We think the improvement is due to me working at home while reclining in the couch, rather than driving to NASA and sitting up in an uncomfortable chair all day. Working at home has the added benefit of making me less tired and more productive, so it seems like we've found a win-win arrangement. Of course, we're not out of the woods in terms of possible pre-term labor, so I had my first progesterone injection today. We'll continue going in for weekly check ups and shots until the babies are born, hopefully 13 weeks from now. We'll also have more ultrasounds to monitor the babies' growth. Meanwhile, I'll be on the couch. :-)

That's wonderful news! I'm so happy that things are looking good, even though you're stuck on the couch.
I hope the couch continues to help you! It is good to hear that you and the babies are doing better. :)

You get off your lazy bum. I seen in a movie once this one girl who was pregnant with twins running down the ramp on her spaceship, though that was before her hubby tried to choke her to death from 5 feet away....
Note: If Dane ever goes to the dark side, be sure to stash one of the kids in his hometown with his relatives. Don't bother changing his last name, he'll be so well hidden Dane will NEVER find him.
